Like most online shops, we rely on Australia Post Courier Door To Door Service to get your iLOVEshopping purchase to you as quickly and cheaply as possible - and we can usually deliver all our in-stock items within a few days.

You'll see that items which we don't have in stock - such as our Sporting Legend Personalised prints which have to be made to order please allow up to 5 working days for the production of these items .Exclusive memorabilia items requiring framing can take from 7 to 21 days or occasionally even longer.

Overseas

For International Orders, shipping is quoted on an order-by-order basis and is calculated manually after your order has been received. Please email info@ilovesport.com.au for an international freight quote if you would prefer to do so before you place your order.

Priority Delivery Option

If you require your print urgently we do offer an Express Overnight Delivery Service for an additional $7. To utilize this service simply make a note that you require PRIORITY OVERNIGHT DELIVERY in the comments section of your online order. Alternatively, after placing your order online, contact customer service 9am to 5pm on (07) 5564 0033 or info@ilovesport.com.au and ask us to organise it. The amount of $7 will be charged as a separate amount and will appear on your credit card statement a day after the initial purchase was made. Please note that this does not speed up the production process of the item, only the delivery speed. In most instances, priority delivery will have the print delivered within 24 hours of it being dispatched from our warehouse.

You can return general merchandise you buy from us and receive a full refund of the product price you paid, as long as you do so within 30 days, and providing we receive it in the same condition as you did originally. Our standard delivery charges will apply to exchanged goods. Specially framed memorabilia items and specially made to order AFL Replica Cups cannot be returned.

For obvious reasons, personalised items can not be refunded or exchanged - so be sure to take extra care when advising us of the required personalisation details.
