2. How safe are my credit card details?

The iLOVEsport website uses a technology called SSL - Secure Sockets Layer. This means at the checkout, their servers and your PC encrypt (scramble) everything that you enter into your computer, such as credit card details, billing and delivery address. Because it is encrypted, other computers are unable to make sense of it therefore keeping this information private.

iLOVEsport’s secure online ordering system is both convenient and safe to use.

ADDING PRODUCTS TO SHOPPING BASKET

To purchase any product, click the 'Add to Shopping Cart' button next to the desired item and it will be added to your shopping cart. The items you have chosen to order will display in your Shopping Basket which can be seen when the 'View Basket' button is clicked.

CHECKOUT

Step One:

View the products in your Shopping Basket. You can delete items from the Shopping Cart if you wish, or change quantities.

Step Two:

When you have finished shopping, click the 'Checkout' link and proceed to iLOVEsport’s secure ordering pages. Fill in all mandatory details and click on the 'Continue' button. (Note: If you miss a required field it will tell you)

Step Three:

Once you have reviewed the details of your order proceed to the Payment Instructions.

Step Four:

The credit card details you enter for your purchases will be securely submitted. You will receive an order confirmation with an electronic receipt which contains your order number.
