Delivering your order …

Like most online shops, we rely on third parties to safely and promptly provide door-to-door service to get your iLOVEshopping purchases to you as economically as possible. To calculate your shipping cost please refer to the below grid.

Turnaround time - Special Christmas Delivert Times refer to information at top of home page.

Normal Delivery Times: Please allow up to 10 working days for your print to be made. Then allow approximately 3-7 days for delivery of your print Australia-Wide. If ordering a Canvas print please allow up to 21 days for production.

Express Delivery Australia-Wide - Left it to the last minute? For an additional $7 we can have your order shipped to most places in Australia overnight. To upgrade to PRIORITY EXPRESS DELIVERY just select your Shipping Method as “Express” on the checkout page under the Delivery section.

Important: This does not speed up the print production process, only the delivery speed. You will still need to allow up to 10 working days for production but we will put your print on the top of the production pile and do our absolute best to speed this along!
International Orders: Please see the International Shipping rates below. At present, iLOVEsport only ships to New Zealand but we are going to introduce shipping to other destiniations in the near future. International orders are shipped via registered post or international courier. For orders in excess of these quantities, international shipping will need to be priced manually. Large Orders -For large orders (Valued at more than $1,000) please email info@iloveshopping.com.au or call 07 5564 0033 for a freight quote.

No Returns - For obvious reasons, personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged - so be sure to take extra care when advising us of the required personalisation details.

Damages - If your personalised print arrives damaged please email info@iloveshopping.com.au with your order reference number so that we can organise a replacement.

Consignment Numbers and Tracing your Order - Please note that unless you instruct otherwise, all iLOVEshopping items are delivered under an Authority To Leave advice. This means that if you are not home when the driver attempts delivery your parcel will be left in a safe undercover area at your designated delivery address. All items shipped by iLOVEshopping are traceable through an online tracking portal. You will be emailed your consignment number and tracking details once your order has been dispatched. (Note: This does not apply to our Small UNFRAMED prints).

If you are not happy for us to leave your order in a safe location at your delivery address please enter a daytime delivery address so that someone can sign for the parcel on your behalf. Our freight company only attempts delivery once and do not return to attempt subsequent deliveries.

Liability - Once we have delivered your goods, we accept no responsibility for theft or damage.
