Q. Am I getting a real jersey/guernsey?
A. No. All personalised prints are an A2 high quality print, featuring an image of a team jersey surrounded by players from the team.
Q. How safe are my credit card details?
The iLOVEshopping website uses technology called SSL - Secure Sockets Layer. This means at the checkout, the servers and your PC encrypt (scramble) everything that you enter into your computer, such as credit card details, billing and delivery address. Because it is encrypted, other computers are unable to make sense of it therefore keeping this information private.

ADD TO SHOPPING CART
To purchase any product, click the 'Add to Shopping Cart' button next to the item you want, fill in the personalisation details and easy - it is added to your shopping cart. The items you have chosen to order will display in your Shopping Basket and can be seen when the 'View Basket' button is clicked.
CHECKOUT
When you have finished shopping, click the 'Checkout' link and proceed to the iLOVEshopping.com.au secure ordering page. Fill in all mandatory details and click on the 'Continue' button. (If you miss a required field it will tell you)
Once you have reviewed the details of your order proceed to the Payment Instructions.
The credit card details you enter for your purchases will be securely submitted. You will receive an order confirmation / electronic tax invoice which contains your order number and details of your order.
Q. Do you sell Gift Certificates?
Yes. We do sell simple and easy to use gift vouchers. To purchase one simply email us at info@iloveshopping.com.au. All Gift Certificates are email through same day so you can either print them out and put them into your own card, or you can forward it straight to your beneficiary.
Q. How is my Large Print framed?
iLOVEsport offers a standard black frame moulding. We do not frame or ship any iLOVEsport personalised gifts with glass as breakages are inevitable. The cost to upgrade your large print to 'Framed' is $40. This covers the laminating of the print, boarding of the print and mounting to the black frame surround. For those looking for a prestigious 'memorabilia' style frame, we recommend you order the print as UnFramed and have your local framer do up something specia for you to match your home decor. Unfortunately we cannot offer a premium frame, or 'glass' framing service due to shipping constraints.
Q. I selected Express / Priotity Shipping. How fast will I get my print?
Your upgrade to PRIORITY EXPRESS DELIVERY will prioritise the production of your print but you do still need to allow up-to 7 working days for us to produce your order. This is then dispatched via a priority overnight delivery service. Please note that if possible, we prefer that EXPRESS upgrades are NOT a PO Box address. Overnight service is offered in METRO areas of Australia only.
